The Sedona Conference mission is to create tools and solutions that will benefit the entire marketplace by creating a consistent language that will ultimately lead to reduced transaction costs for all parties, higher quality, and greater predictability.
 

Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists

First Advantage Litigation Consulting is pleased to be a Charter Affiliate Member of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) and a key contributor to the standards-setting body for the ACEDS certification, Certified E-Discovery Specialist, or CEDS. The certification establishes a reliable measurement of eDiscovery competence, assuring that the recipient can navigate the eDiscovery process capably, competently and economically, meeting verifiable standards of knowledge and skill.
 

e-Disclosure Information Project

The e-Disclosure Information Project is run by Chris Dale, a former commercial litigation partner turned e-Disclosure consultant. The Project aims to bring together lawyers, suppliers, courts and corporations with an interest in electronic disclosure, and to disseminate information about the court rules, the problems and the software and services available to handle them.
