Based in Pasadena, CA, Hector is First Advantage Litigation Consulting’s Senior Director of Operations. In addition to directing the Project Management, Production and Data Intake teams worldwide, he also serves as the primary operational liaison to the Development and IT teams. He came to First Advantage Litigation Consulting through True Data Partners, which was acquired by First Advantage in the fall of 2005. Since joining True Data Partners in 2003, he has excelled in each of his prior roles, which have included Production Team Manager and Director of Production.
Hector began his career with DATech, a software development company. While with DATech, he managed a support team and coordinated the installation and implementation of customized software solutions. In this capacity, Hector spent a great deal of time traveling to Kinko’s facilities throughout the U.S. to train Kinko’s employees on a software product suite developed by DATech and refine customizations to suit Kinko’s workflow needs.
A native of Los Angeles, Hector attended and played baseball for Rio Hondo College and California State University, Dominguez Hills. Hector is fluent in Spanish.
