Jon consults with clients and provides expert testimony, reports, affidavits, and statements of fact for cases before both Federal and state courts. He has been recognized as an expert witness in Computer Forensics by multiple Federal and state courts. Additionally, he heads our East Coast Forensics team, planning and coordinating collections and forensic investigations for a staff spread out over multiple offices.
Jon has a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from George Mason University and a Master of Science in Justice, Law and Society from American University.
