A well-established business community, Munich is a hub for both German and international financial services, manufacturing and technology companies.

“In an interdependent global economy, corporations and their counsel are inevitably subject to foreign laws and data privacy regulations. With anti-corruption and anti-competition enforcement reaching record levels, it is essential that these companies have the support to comply with jurisdictional requirements and ensure their information is well-managed and secure,” says Ray Muldaur, executive vice president of First Advantage Eurasia Litigation Consulting. “First Advantage has handled hundreds of complex multinational and multilingual projects and brings deep expertise collecting and processing data in Europe. We understand the legislative complexities of each European Union jurisdiction. Establishing operations in Germany is a natural extension of our commitment to support our clients everywhere they do business.”
