On May 9 Drew Macaulay and Jérôme Torres Lozano will lead a pre-conference workshop on "Understanding and overcoming hurdles in cross-border disputes or investigations". The workshop will examine a variety of these issues and provide vital information and know-how to aid legal teams and their clients in preparing for disputes or investigations in countries such as France, Germany, Japan or China.
On May 11, Chris Dale of the eDisclosure Information Project and Vince Neicho, Litigation Support Manager at Allen & Overy, will join Drew Macaulay in presenting "Managing eDisclosure as a business process: The ESI Questionnaire."
